Take note of the dates for payment of the access fee

April: 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

May: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31.

June: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28.

July: 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26.

WHO HAS TO PAY?

All those who visit the city of Venice historical center occasionally (the Minor Islands are excluded from the contribution) from 8:30 am to 16:30. If you come to Venice for an evening walk there is no fee. The amount to be paid is Euro 5.00 per visitor up to 4 days before arrival, from the third day prior to arrival the amount is 10,00 Eur. To make the reservation and payment you must connect to the site cda.ve.it

In the site will be required personal data and once filled in all the fields you will have to proceed to payment. Upon payment you will receive a nominal Qr code that will give you the opportunity to visit the city.

I remind you that children up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I COME TO VENICE AND DON’T REGISTER WITH THE WEBSITE OR DON’T PAY?

You incur an administrative penalty ranging from 50.00 Euro to 300.00 Euro.

WHO IS EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT OF THE ACCESS FEE AND WHAT MUST THEY DO?

All those who are exempt from payment of the access fee (I insert a list below) must register on the site cda.ve.it, fill in all the fields requested and then receive a QR code that will confirm the exemption.

The following are exempt:

  • Students studying in Venice

  • Relatives of city residents

  • Owners of Real Estate

  • Workers

  • Residents of the Veneto Region

  • Armed forces

  • All those who must attend a sporting event

  • Children on school trips

  • Disabled persons with their companion

  • All persons undergoing treatment or medical treatment at the hospital

  • All those staying in an accommodation in the city

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO IF YOU STAY IN OUR HOTEL?

Here is a mini guide step by step to registration Link to the site cda.ve.it

Click on the EXEMPTIONS section and then select that you are a guest staying in a property in Venice.

Proceed by requesting the exemption. Enter the details of your stay (check-in and check-out) continue and fill in all the required fields.

Be careful to the last point. " Name and address of accommodation facility": Type RESIDENZA BISTROT DE VENISE and select it as soon as it appears in the list.

Accept the privacy policy and proceed. You will not be able to accept the privacy policy unless you first open it and read it :-)

On the next page enter the data of all the people who will stay with you, a valid phone number and you can download the nominal QR codes that have been generated.

I remind you to always take them with you around the city.
